What is Yoga Therapy?
"Yoga therapy is a holistic healing art. Rather than prescribe treatments, it invites presence and awareness. Using age-old yogic approaches to deeper presence and awareness, we are able to know ourselves more fully. Out of that knowing, we are more easily moved to embrace the opportunity for change, growth, and enhanced well-being in body, feelings, thought, and spirit."
Michael Lee, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy
"Yoga therapy is the application of Yoga to individuals to empower them to progress toward greater health and freedom from disease."
Ganesh Mohan, Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda

Why Schedule a Yoga Therapy Session?
Yoga therapy supports you in creating a lifestyle that helps you feel closer to your heart and aligned with your authentic self. Together, we’ll design a practice that allows you to lead with your heart and live in a way that feels natural, fulfilling, and deeply gratifying.
As I am currently completing an 800-hour yoga therapy training, I can also guide you in finding relief from physical ailments and symptoms through tailored yoga practices.

Unlike group classes, one-on-one sessions provide the opportunity to work closely with a trained yoga therapist who understands how to adapt yoga’s practices—such as movement, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation—to your specific circumstances.
Yoga therapy supports a wide range of needs, whether you're looking to reduce stress, build resilience, improve physical health, or foster emotional balance.

"Pascale is such a warm hearted and empathetic yoga instructor. She is in tune with the needs of her students. Pascale is able to push people while respecting their limits and offering alternative poses when needed. I have always enjoyed her classes and the way she takes the time to get to know her students. Her love for what she does is inspiring and keeps me coming back for more of her yoga classes!"

What a Yoga Therapy session looks like
My approach to yoga therapy is intuitive, influenced by my work with energy healing and hypnosis. My goal is to support you in cultivating presence, finding peace, and connecting to your heart. Together, we’ll design a personalized yoga practice that you can integrate into your daily life, helping you feel more connected to yourself and more resilient in the face of stress.
As you deepen your practice, you may notice a shift in your perspective—feeling more tolerant of life’s challenges, more accepting of what is, and more focused on gratitude. With time, this new outlook can enhance your enjoyment of life, improve your relationships, and open you to greater abundance, creativity, and intuition. You may find yourself embracing self-love and self-acceptance while nurturing a flourishing sense of inner peace.
The Process
-
Initial Session: We’ll start with a thorough conversation to explore your health history, current concerns, and goals. Based on this, I’ll suggest a personalized yoga practice that may include movement (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques.
-
Follow-Up Sessions: In subsequent sessions, we’ll build on your progress, refining and adjusting your practice as needed.
-
Completion: When you feel confident in your practice, we can either conclude your sessions or reduce the frequency, based on your preferences.
Throughout our work together, I’ll support you in fostering self-awareness and mindful movement while providing guidance to ensure your practice is safe, effective, and deeply nourishing. You’ll leave each session feeling empowered, balanced, and better equipped to embrace life with clarity and resilience.
What is Reiki?
For those interested, optional Reiki can be incorporated into yoga therapy sessions.

Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that promotes relaxation and helps ease stress. During a Reiki session, energy flows through the hands of the practitioner to support your body’s natural ability to heal, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and rejuvenated. Reiki can also be sent at a distance, offering the same benefits wherever you are.
